Survivor Counselor/Therapist (Full-Time)

Work in a supportive team environment with a lower, more manageable client caseload! Free LCSW and LPC supervision available, and a short drive from Tulsa.

Safenet Services is searching for a full-time Survivor Counselor/Therapist to make a difference in people’s lives. Our mission is to create a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for individuals and families healing from the consequences of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The Survivor Counselor/Therapist completes intakes and provides individual and group therapy. This position also provides crisis counseling as needed.

Qualifications:

  • LPC, LMFT, or LCSW preferred; eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW supervision required

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to use appropriate counseling theories and evidence-based treatment

  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Possess problem-solving and crisis intervention skills

Benefits:

Salary:

  • $60,000/year for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (Lead Survivor Counselor/Therapist)

  • $55,000/year for those under supervision for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW

Empowerment Educator (Full-Time)

Safenet Services is searching for a full-time Empowerment Educator to make a difference in people’s lives. Our mission is to create a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for individuals and families healing from the consequences of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The Empowerment Educator completes intakes for client services, provides individual support for financial literacy and employment education, facilitates empowerment and other groups, and works closely with the case manager to assess client needs. Empowerment Educator also maintains good working relationships with community partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, business administration, human relations, or other related field

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Ability to work with diverse populations

  • High degree of flexibility

CHANGES Coordinator (Part-Time)

Safenet Services is searching for a part-time CHANGES Coordinator to make a difference in people’s lives. Our mission is to create a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for women and families healing from the consequences of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The CHANGES Coordinator works in the Batterers’ Intervention program providing intakes, batterers’ groups, and other duties as required by statutes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Relations, or related field required; Masters degree preferred

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Possess problem-solving and crisis intervention skills

Hourly:

  • $20/hour

  • Hours vary

Supervised Visitation Coordinator (Part-Time)

Work in a supportive team environment focused on creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for families court-ordered to supervised visitation.

Safenet Services is searching for a part-time Supervised Visitation Coordinator to make a difference in people’s lives. The Supervised Visitation Coordinator completes intakes with custodial and non-custodial parents and supervises visits between non-custodial parents and their children. The Supervised Visitation Coordinator completes documentation on each visit and regular reports to the court.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Relations, or related field preferred

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Possess problem-solving and crisis intervention skills

Hourly:

  • $14-$15/hour

  • Hours vary
