JOB DESCRIPTION 

TITLE: Resale Associate Pryor

SUPERVISOR: Resale Manager – Pryor, with any unresolved issues escalated to The Development Director. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide professional, courteous serviceto customers, donors, and Safenet clients utilizing Assistance Vouchers. 

• Assistwith donation intake, sorting, and organization; maintain clean, well-stocked sales areas and ensure merchandise meets quality standards. 

• Operate the cash register,handle monetary transactions accurately, and follow proper procedures for daily reconciliation and closing tasks. 

• Maintain store cleanliness and support a safe, welcoming retail environmentin alignment with agency policies. 

• Collaborate with team membersto uphold operational efficiency and ensure a positive shopping experience. 

• Other duties as assigned.

EVALUATION: 
The Resale Manager – Pryor shall evaluate the Resale Associate annually.
