LifeForce Yoga Class
Thursdays from 2-3 pm. This is a trauma-based program for individuals healing from abuse. This class is designed to relax the mind and strengthen the body. The class is free after going through a qualified intake process.
Mental Health and Yoga combined with gentle movement, breath practices, mindfulness practices. The techniques used will help create mental clarity, calmness, and relieve chronic stress patterns.
